Our day in Provence

We had the most incredible day exploring Provence with Inès, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She took us to Arles, Les Baux-de-Provence and Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. My wife and I travelled to Provence to celebrate both the Diamond anniversary of her birth and ruby anniversary of our wedding. The day we spent with Ines was a highlight of our eight day romantic journey. We toured the Palace of the Popes in Avignon, visited Gordes, a picturesque hilltop village dominated by a castle and church with spectacular panoramic views of the countryside below, a Benedictine monastery with a quaint gift shop and another village where we bought herbs and other keepsakes. Ines was delightful, engaging and accommodating. The day was well-paced and became the standard against which we measured the rest of our vacation.

Traveling with Ines as guide is an amazing experience! I had the opportunity to join two tours with her, and both were absolutely fantastic. She is not only extremely professional, but also incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about what she does. Thanks to her deep knowledge of Provence, I discovered stunning places like Moustiers-Sainte-Marie and the Gorges du Verdon, which left me speechless. A tour with Ines is much more than just visiting beautiful locations: it’s about discovering new places, meeting wonderful people, and sharing meaningful experiences. She has a unique ability to engage the whole group and create a positive, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels involved (she knows the best panoramic viewpoints, great places to eat, and little historical insights that truly make the difference). We were fortunate to have a wine country tour outside Aix-en-Provence with Inès. She was relaxed, friendly, and knowledgeable. We felt that we were touring with a friend, rather than a tour guide. We visited two different vineyards, one more traditional, and one using newer methods. In both places, the staff seemed to know and trust her. We learned a lot about the winemaking process. One wine maker even let us taste the wine that was ready to go directly from the vats as well as from the bottles! Inès was flexible and willing to accommodate personal preferences. She drove very well through the beautiful French countryside. I highly recommend her!

Ines is amazing! She is so warm, kind, knowledgeable and fun. I was with my boyfriend and we were staying in Aix and she took us on several day trips to some charming villages in the area. They were so dreamy and she really understood our vibe of just wanting to wander and explore on our own and not be too structured. I also got sick one day and so we had to last minute change our schedule up and she was so sweet about it. She also took us all the way to our next destination in Avignon where we were going to a wedding which wasn’t even originally our plan but she did us a favor since it made more logistical sense. 10/10 recommend Ines and we will definitely be reaching out to her again next time!

Knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Boat tour was beautiful, scenic and relaxing, followed by a wine tasting with delicious wine 🍷 which we purchased to bring back to Guernsey. Loved her tour.
